- Tickets are purchased by placing an order on our website or other designated channels. Payment is collected in cash or via UPI upon delivery.
- Ticket prices vary based on the type of lottery. There are no fixed prices or refunds for ticket purchases.
4. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
- Winners will be announced live at our venue. Additionally, winners will be notified via phone call or WhatsApp.
- To claim a prize, winners must produce the original ticket or order ID within 30 days of the winner announcement.
- An 18% SGST tax will be deducted from all winnings as per government regulations.
5. Cancellation and Disqualification
- Tickets purchased by individuals below the age of 23 will be canceled.
- Lucky Day reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in prohibited conduct (see Section 7).
6. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will initially be resolved through mutual understanding between the parties. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be referred to the Guwahati High Court, Itanagar.
7. Prohibited Conduct Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Reselling lottery tickets.
- Creating fake accounts or providing false information.
- Attempting to manipulate the lottery system through fraudulent means.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or Lucky Day’s rules.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Lucky Day is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
- Lucky Day will not be liable for user errors, such as incorrect personal information provided during ticket purchase.
- The website is tested for bugs, and every effort is made to ensure it functions smoothly. However, Lucky Day disclaims liability for any unforeseen technical issues.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Lucky Day and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
